University Flats was developed with support from North Dakota’s Housing Incentive Fund (HIF), allowing some of our units to be offered at lower rates to qualified households. Before submitting an application, please contact our office to confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. Income limits and full-time student restrictions apply, and not all applicants will qualify.
