Dakota Commercial was established in 1988 as Dakota Financial & Development Inc., an exclusive commercial real estate corporation. In 1999, we changed our name to better reflect our additional services. We specialize in real estate brokerage and leasing, development, property management, construction management and business brokerage. Office, industrial, multi-family, retail and land encompass our expertise in an ever-changing commercial industry. Our commercial sales and leasing team are housed in Fargo and Grand Forks, ND.
